CCSNYS Homeownership Assessment Project: A study of the aggregate market potential for future homeowners and the obstacles that they face.

Capital District Homeownership Collaborative: Seven local organizations working together on homeownership strategies including: real estate services, employer assisted housing, and targeting transitional neighborhoods.

Anti-Predatory Lending Demonstration Model: Maintaining homeownership through education, legal remediation, and loan products that fight predatory lending.

Community Realty: A licensed real estate brokerage that specializes in buyer representation and is focused on urban neighborhoods and moderate- to middle-income households with a broad range of supportive services.

Mutual Housing Association of Tompkins County Scattered Site Housing Initiative: Developing low-income rental housing that engages the consumers in a sense of community ownership and opportunity while improving neglected urban infrastructure.

Unity House Enhanced Supported Housing Program: Creating a middle tier of supported housing that collaborates with other service providers and the government to maintain the consumers in a cost-effective and permanent scattered site model.

University at Albany SSW Evaluation: Supporting research and evaluation related to the long-term effectiveness and cost stability of the Enhanced Supported Housing Program.

ARCH II Prototype Housing Model: Affordable, Responsive, Community Housing is an experimental, user-friendly technology that will improve the performance and final product of unskilled, volunteer home building workforces.

Habitat for Humanity ARCH III North Albany Initiative: A larger scale community development project utilizing ARCH building technology, improved public relations exposure, and innovative funding/financing techniques.
