Program Focus:

What are Mini-Grants?

Charitable Leadership Foundation’s Mini-Grant Program seeks to address the challenges of society or education through grants that are $1,000.00 or less to legally incorporated, IRS 501(c)3 charitable organizations for projects and programs appropriate to its mission. Mini-grants are focused on four target areas:

• Education (language arts, history, recreation)
• Volunteerism
• Job Skills
• Food Banks

The grants must address problems of marketing, outreach and capacity building within the above target areas. Only applications from organizations that are located within Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, and Washington counties will be considered.
